We ran 4 different groups, Group 1 was riding with Jenna both in the sand school and around the riding track, whilst group 2 was learning about Tack and how to care for it with Jenny. Group 3 were with June learning more about mucking out and the reasons for doing so and the frequency.
Group 4 with Paul, learned about the emergency first aid procedures that would be require if someone fell off and was injured. From catching the loose pony to bandaging the wound and then ringing for an ambulance. Chaos reigned throughout but a whole lot of fun was had. After the first half hour was up we all changed groups and started again and so on until all children had ridden, done tack, mucked out and bandaged and been bandaged up.
